Born without legs, Belete, 9, lived in virtual isolation from other children. Going to school seemed out of reach. A new wheelchair from #IOCC has given Belete freedom of movement to attend school with his siblings. For the 1,800 Ethiopian disabled who have received IOCC wheelchairs, this newfound mobility is helping them become a part of mainstream society.
