Completing the Orphanage's retaining wall at our Tower Hill (Freetown) compound. This is a necessary though expensive preliminary construction before we can acually build the Orphanage itself. The retaining wall will hold back the cliff of soil and rocks. (The building above is our Mission's Teachers' College).
